The resignation shall be effective on November 29, 2011 and ERW Board of Directors at the meeting no.7/2011 held on November 29, 2011 has resolved to appoint the new director and changing of authorized directors as follows; 1.Mr. Gavin Vongkusolkit, a director in replacement of Mr. Mr.Krisda Monthienvichienchai.
