Change of director/Executive -Translation- No.ERW 050/Kor Mor Sor 032/2011 9 June 2011 Re : Change of Executive Positions To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Erawan Group Public Company Limited ("ERW") would like to inform the change of executive positions to support the Company's 5 year master plan set forth during 2011-2015 as follows: 1. Mr. Kasama Punyaqupta from President and Chief Executive Officer to Chief Executive Officer with effective from 1st July 2011; 2. Mrs. Kamonwan Wipulakorn from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to President with effective from 1st July 2011. Mrs. Kamonwan Wipulakorn will also remain her current position until 31st July 2011; 3.
