Hop Inn Hotels, a budget-friendly hotel chain under the Erawan Group, continuously improves its work processes and cost management while maintaining high service standards that meet the highest hotel industry standards. This creates a lasting impression for customers from all segments.

In August 2022, Hop Inn Hotels conducted a laundry process test to enhance the process and cost efficiency. The test involved changing the laundry detergent from 4 types to 6 types, all washed at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. The results showed an average cost reduction of 25% in laundry expenses.

Furthermore, in November 2022, Hop Inn Hotels expanded the previous test (using 6 types of laundry detergent at 50 degrees Celsius) by maintaining the same 6 types of detergent but reducing the temperature to 40 degrees Celsius. The test revealed that the cleanliness of the laundry remained comparable to before while achieving a 36% reduction in electricity and water consumption.
