Hop Inn Building Future with College and University
We believe that the process of creating individuals should begin with imparting knowledge and learning from real work experiences. Students should have the opportunity to engage in practical work and develop skills in their respective fields of study.
The "Hop Inn Internship for Career Development" project aims to:
- Develop hotel personnel for vocational and higher education students.
- Support the production of high-quality hotel professionals to meet the demands of the labor market in the tourism industry.
- Promote careers and income for students.
Starting in the year 2022, the company has signed MOU with 10 education institutions in areas where our hotels are operated, totaling 10 institutions. The duration of the internships ranges from 1 to 5 years. Students will have the opportunity to participate in internships at Hop Inn Hotel and may continue working with the hotel based on predetermined criteria.
